Our work focuses on affordable housing programs and the full range of housing typologies required by the market and its residents. Designing together with and for neighbourhood residents is a very important aspect of our work. We work across from private to public, with special attention given to meeting spaces that encourage integration, community, and a positive urban environment.

Although housing is our main field of research, transformation and adaptive reuse projects also represent a significant part of our work. We are involved in every phase of a project, from competitions and preliminary design to technical documentation and construction supervision. In our work we are strongly committed to using our profession to create a better world.

In terms of our work process we hold weekly meetings to stay updated on ongoing projects. We organize visits to construction sites and continuously seek to improve efficiency through internal communication channels.

• Commitment to contributing to the content and development of the projects we are working on;
• Strong design and graphic representation skills;
• Knowledge of Archicad;
• Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus;
• Some work experience that has provided exposure to a professional working environment;
• Experience in the field of architecture is preferred
