Johan de Wachter Architects BV (hereinafter referred to as JDWA) takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Which personal data are processed
Your personal data is processed when you provide it to us via the contact form on our website, or with us by phone, fax or email. The personal data we process about you are your name, email address, job title and gender. If the specified billing address is the same as your home address, your telephone number and address details will also be processed (unless otherwise stated).

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
JDWA does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check the identity of our visitors. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information from a minor without permission, please contact us via office@jdwa.nl so that we can delete this information.

Why we process your personal data
We use your personal data when this is necessary for the processing of our order process (quotations, order confirmations, changes in delivery dates, invoices, etc.) for personal communication and for marketing purposes in connection with previous assignments by your organization at JDWA.

Automated decision-making
JDWA does not make decisions that can have (significant) consequences for your privacy based on automated processing. By this we mean decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example one of our employees) sitting in between.

How long we store personal data
JDWA saves your personal data in order to achieve the aforementioned goals. If there is an order processing, we comply with the statutory retention period of 7 years, as laid down in the Civil Code and the General Act on Government Taxes.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Your personal data may be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, or to comply with any legal obligations. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. JDWA remains responsible for these processing operations.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have in your computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to office@jdwa.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which we handle your personal data, we would naturally like to hear this so that we can find a suitable solution.
