Who are we looking for?
As office manager you are at the center of our practice. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and in an organized manner, and you support the team on all fronts. You keep track of time registration, schedule projects, handle invoicing and are the go-to person for colleagues. You also provide secretarial support, agenda management and general administrative assistance. On top of that, you contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere and a well-organized workplace. In short: you are the one who makes sure our team can fully focus on designing inspiring and sustainable living environments.
Who are we?
We are Woonwerk. We work on housing in all its aspects. We work on comfortable homes and sustainable buildings, on attractive neighborhoods and healthy living environments. We work on strategic projects that contribute to a caring society where the resident or user comes first. With a team of 25 driven designers, we work from our offices in Rotterdam and Antwerp. What do you bring?
You are a true go-getter with a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy variety and switch effortlessly between tasks. You are also socially strong and enjoy working with people. You are a perfect fit for our team if you:
• Are good at organizing and prioritizing like a pro
• Are flexible and energized by a dynamic and creative work environment
• Work independently, but are also a true team player
• Can switch quickly between administration, HR, planning and support of the design teams
• Have secretarial support and agenda management down to a fine art
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner
• Have an eye for a pleasant and organized work environment
• Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Communicate professionally and client-oriented in Dutch and English
• Have a higher professional education (HBO) level and bring relevant work experience
• Are available as soon as possible (24-32 hours)
