Our project Voorhavenlaan is successfully delivered!
Located within the redevelopment of Ghent’s former harbor district, this project brings together a residential building with 25 apartments, two single-family houses, and a public garden in a cohesive composition where architecture and public space complement one another. A large-scale structural frame responds to the monumental character of the harbor, while the careful composition of the façades and the use of materials introduce a more intimate, domestic scale. The public garden serves both as a gathering space for the neighborhood and as a pedestrian link between Voorhavenlaan and Meulensteedsesteenweg.
