We’re happy to share that our proposal for Tweebunder, Nijlen has been selected as the winning entry.
The masterplan replaces the former long housing block — which previously closed off the site — with two distinct buildings: Woonhof and Bosvilla. Together, they open up the area and create a new spatial connection towards the Zwarte Wijk.
The plan prioritises slow mobility, collective green space and ecological continuity, creating a clear and liveable structure for the neighbourhood.
