Adi Samet

Adi has been practicing architecture for 16 years, first in Tel-Aviv where she was born and in the past 5 years she is based in Rotterdam. She has a B’Arch from Pratt Institute, NYC, and an MSc from The Berlage Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture and Urban Design, TU Delft. Adi has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and realizing cultural and educational buildings, as well as housing typologies and urban developments. She believes architecture is a profession with a social responsibility and finds inspiration in local context and hidden aesthetics, fundamental human rights and everyday life. She values research that critically contributes to design and prioritizes real solutions for once the architect is gone, a building can serve a real and honest long-term purpose.
